Our units are located in the prime district that we are carefully selected for the convenience to our students. Our area included: River Valley (Orchard Rd) , Novena, Balestier, Toa Payoh and Bukit Timah

Yes, you need to contact us 3-6 months in Advanced and book early especially during peak intake in July, September and January. 

Yes, you may come and view the room or request for pics or video, We will be happily to assist you for this. Do Check our Instagram @homestaysg for some pics and Video.

Yes you may change room within our property as long as there's available space. 

Our min stay is 6 months. Thou if you come under internship or study exchange for less than 6 months we do accept too as long as you have eligible pass in Singapore.

 There is 2 months security deposit which are returned to you within 30 days after your lease has expired. 

No, everything are included, utilities bills, internet, housekeeping services, laundry (washing and ironing). You just need to sit back and study :D

No, all maintenance covered by us. Just whatsapp to your dedicated manager  and we will arrange our handyman to come to your place.

We just need your copy of Passport and your student pass plus one month security deposit

 We usually recommend via bank transfer, however, we do accept several money changer transfer.

We allow 1 immediate family 3 days  (not accumulative) free stay in a month.

Bed and pillow and bedsheets are included. 

You may need to bring your own blanket and bolster (if needed)
